We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on driving targeted traffic, improving conversion rates and user experience in a manner that is aligned to the relevant brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute Paid Search / Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including but not limited to strategy development, organization, and management using Google Analytics, Excel Hot Keys, Adwords, Bing Ads
  • Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and objectives
  • Strategize, manage and execute advanced SEO campaigns - Keyword Research, Page optimization, Authority building, Technical analysis, Competitive Analysis, Search/digital behavior research
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics IQ, Facebook Insights, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer, LeadPages and Bit.ly)
  • Focus on improving on-site metrics including conversion rate, abandonment rate, and AOV

The ideal candidate shouldfit the following requirements:
  • 3 years optimizing websites for organic search either in-house or for an agency
  • Technical/tactical knowledge of SEO techniques
  • Proven background in white-hat SEO
  • Excellent web analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst
  • Excellent verbal / written skills – for ad copy

Social Media Executive
230 Interactive, an award winning digital agency is looking to hire a Social Media Executive to join their team. Our in-house Social Media Team works with some of the leading brands in the country. The chosen candidate must be extremely detail oriented, deadline driven and have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

Key elements of the role:
  • Responsible for coordinating the day to day posting of social marketing lead content.
  • Assist with overall strategy for the creation and implementation of social marketing content and campaigns.
  • Coordinating digital media advertising and affiliates activity.
  • Responsible for gathering assets for marketing content.
  • Provide insight and feedback on performance of channels, content and campaigns.
  • Assist with the managing and monitoring of KPI reports for analysis of content, campaigns and merging trends.
